Haute-Nendaz is at the heart of „Les 4 Vallées“ (www.4vallees.ch), one of the largest and most spectacular alpine skiing areas comprising 412km of snowy slopes and 92 lift and transport facilities for skiers and snow boarders. Whether you are a beginner or a true champion, you will find mind-blowing challenges and fulfillment on the slopes at the door of Chalet Adey. The stunning panoramic views from the famous Mont Fort peak at 3330m above sea level are beyond description. It comes as no surprise that international championships in speed-skiing and free-riding are regularly held in this area.

In Haute-Nendaz, you can find everything you need for an unforgettable skiing experience, whether state-of-the-art skiing equipment or a professional ski school for all ages and skill levels. Snow-shoe hiking is becoming increasingly popular, too. Sleighing, scating or extensive spa visits are all activities at your command (www.nendaz.ch).

Chalet Adey is ideally situated to offer you the perfect skiing experience: in the morning you put on your skis right in front of the chalet’s porch and ski down to the main cableway station within 5 minutes. From there you can go anywhere in this huge skiing area. Coming back in the late afternoon you ski right down to the chalet’s porch.

Finally, Haute-Nendaz’ special microclimate deserves a mention: the village is at the heart of the sunniest region in Switzerland sporting 300 days of sunshine a year. At the same time, the village’s northern exposure and altitude (1400m above sea level) provide for good snow conditions.
